I have been living here for a little while now, and I think it's a really nice place to live. I haven't had major problems. But the floors do squeak ALOT, and it seems that every morning I awake to a crying baby that isn't mine. But you are liable to hear all kinds of things living in an apartment. Other than that, it is a quiet, peaceful complex, the apartments are spacious (I live in a one bdr with my boyfriend)maintence responds to my service calls fairly quickly, and I would definitely recommend this place to other renters.
