I have lived here for 4 1/2 yrs, and in two different size apartments (3 bedroom small and 4 bedroom). I love the convenience and all the amenities they have to offer ie; Make a Differents Center with the free after school program, free bus to metro, fitness center (I've lost 30lbs there), and the view is breath taking.

You know damn well they don't have anymore fitness center. You should see the community center. The kitchen is dirty, so is the bathroom.

You need to stop telling those damn lies, the community room looks great. I have rented the community room several times and there has never been a time when the room was dirty. maybe you need to go see the room instead of trying to make the property look bad. Maybe something is wrong with you and not the property. For cookie1232, Yes they do still have the fitness room maybe you need to check out where you are living cause it seem like you don't know much about the property.Only negative responses.

SOUTHEAST OBVIOUS YOU ARE A VERY DIRTY PERSON IF YOU RENT THE COMMUNITY ROOM SEVERAL TIMES AND HAD NO COMPLAINTS. OH YEAH YOU WERE THE ONE WITH ALL THE DAMN CHILDREN SO YOU DON'T SEE NO DIRT. COME ON NO STOP FOOLING YOURSELF - SOUND LIKE TO ME YOU WORK AT THE RENTAL OFFICE BECAUSE I CHECKED WITH MY SOURCE AND THEY SAID THEY KNOW LONGER HAVE A FITNESS CENTER. THE FITNESS CENTER COOKIE IS TALKING ABOUT NOT THE PLAYGROUNDS. IT IS A DIFFERENCE - THE MONKEY BAR IS NOT PART OF THE FITNESS CENTER.

Look I am about to become a future resident I don't know of no place you are going to occupy that they don't have mice, and roaches. My mother always tell me that if you don't keep a clean house then you will have unwanted guess or if you live next to a trifling person you will still have unwanted guess unless you live in a unattached place. Where I am moving from I had mice, termites, and roaches because my neighbor kept a filthy home but I just bombed and also bought her some so we could do it at the same time. But how come the people complaining lived around the complex so long? Why didn't you leave? Why live in an area or complex that you have so much disdain for? I lived in my place for 5 years, I loved the quiet neighborhood and the convenience to metro and the grocery store instead of criticizing the place why don't you do something about it. There are alot of business's you can complain too if you want. Please stop criticizing each other and the complex if in the end you can always call 7 on your side.
