Washington View may be beautiful on the outside with their luxurious landscaping and newly layed roofing on all buildings within the complex.

However, Washington View has a very NASTY downside. Washington View has more rodents than residents. I have been complaining about this problem since 3 months after I moved in. THANK GOD, I am finally moving away from rat land. I have caught 22 mice myself. This story is TRUE!

And here is the real catcher! I live on the 3rd floor directly above the Rental Office.

Daymn, thats a shame, yes, pls get out of there. However, I lived here in 2000-2001, and I never had mice, thank god...but I will consider moving back here, it was pleasant and peaceful. And sometimes, us clean folk have a make up for the folk who just dont care.

Davian000 is telling the truth, the place is beautiful on the outside but the inside is a mess. Did you mention about the huge cockroaches. That place is a mess, they need to housing inspectors to come out and shut that place down. The halls are always smelling like piss. The three largest apartment building is a wreck especially 2661 and 2657. People are always shitting inside of the wash machines. The maintenance men are jack of all trade, they do the electrical work, the plumber, etc

Maybe you have something going on with you, because you have problems with every building and you can't be living at every building, so maybe you are one of the problems at Washington View. Everyone need to stay away from Davain000 they have a problem.

SOUTHEAST HE DIDN'T SAY HE LIVE IN EVERY BUILDING HE KNOWS WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON. HE COULD BE THE MAINTENANCE MAN AND OF COURSE HE WOULD KNOW EVERYTHING THAT IS GOING ON. MAYBE YOU NEED TO GET OUT MORE SO YOU CAN FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON

I went too view the apt about 2 weeks ago and they wanted me to fill out some info which im glad i got the insight on those apt because im moving from a apt that is mice infested so its great to go on this website to get the people feedback and i guess i will not be signing that lease unless they make serious change. Beware don't rent on Parkland place!

Most of the time you don't find out all of these problems into you get in, yes reading these post can be helpful but of course everyone doesn't have the same experience. Some people may never see a mouse and some may see Ben everyday. I know I was so excited to have a place, I didn't see anything for a month, then got damn it was raining mice. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED!

Just moved in about 7 months ago and I cannot wait to move. The maintanenace is horrible and they do have MICE!! I caught three after being here for a month. The management appear to be nice but its obvious that they dont care about your issues. Yoy have to call every day for weeks at a time before they even come and if they do come they do a half ass job.
