I have been a resident here for 6 months and I love it. I read the message from the resident eho llived here from 2002-2005, if you had rodent problems how come you lived here that long' Huh, (I guess you could'nt move anywhere else.) Anyway, I love my apartment, i have a beutiful view of the monument and thay havr so many different programs for the children here. The maint staff keeps the property and buildings so clean, sometimes the people that live here can be very trifling!!!! It is not fair for them to clean up after thier dirty ass!!!! But what do you expect from people who never had nothing. I think that this community is one of the best on this side of souteast.

Happy Tenant

You must not be use to better things, I also lived at Washington View, and it's not a great place to live, parking is horrible, there are rodents and the laundry room facilities were always broken. Yes there are some very very trifling people living there at least when I was there and those who love to destroy others property as well as their own. Here is the answer to the question why someone would stay there so long? Maybe they can't afford to leave. Which is usually why people move there. I am bless because I have retured to the state where living is upscale - Fairfax VA, once you have had the best...some place like Washington View is a real step backwards. However, the program for kids are great and that's about the only thing that great about living at Washington View.

Hap Tenant is part of the working team at the rental office. They know damn well they don't keep the hallways clean, bathrooms, kitchen, etc is outdated. About 90% of the tenants are from homeless shelters. People play music loud all day and night long. Proper22 is right they not only destroy the property but theirs too. Take a tour of Washington View look like a tornado hit some of those tenants balcony and place. The rennt is steep plus you pay electric and gas.
