I lived here, for about 2 years 2003-2005, I really needed an inexpensive place to live to save money, however I was penny wise and pound foolish, there were alot of problems living there. Rodents, bugs, destroying of propery both the property of Washington View as well as residents personal property, the laundry rooms were not well maintained. Security doors were often broken. Parking was a nightmaare, at one time they would ticket the vehicle of residents but not out of towners, most residents could'nt park where they lived. Lots of noise and while I was there two shootings occured on the property. I am truely bless to be away.

I don't know what property you were living at, but Washington View has been very good to me and my family and yes the hallways and other areas get dirty, but we as residents need to help out were we live and keep some of the kids out of the hallways, which is mainly the kids of the residents that is complaining.

YOU KNOW THAT IS NOT TRUE SOUTHEAST. WASHINGTON VIEW HAS BEEN VERY GOOD TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY PROBABLY BECAUSE YOU MAYBE ON SECTION 8. MAJORITY OF THE KIDS ON THE PROPERTY ARE FROM PARENTS WHO ARE ON SECTION 8. I BET YOU PLAY LOUD MUSIC - ESPECIALLY ON SUNDAY MORNING
