That place really went down hill. Majority of the tenants are from homeless shelters (nothing is wrong with that) but some of them forgot how to live. They play loud music all day and night long. They don't work. The hallways are not keep clean the only time they are clean when you report them not doing damn thing. We have mice and big cockroaches. Old cabinets, the bathroom not updated, mold and mildew problems.

As the manager of the Washington View Apartments, this statement is not valid. We extend an invitation for you to visit our wonderful community.

I am a former employee and what this person said is very true, in fact the property has gone down hill a lot. The manager dosen't care about the property at all she said it a lot of times.

I am a church going member and this statement is very true. Washington View seems like a nice place I was very pleased when I saw the model apt and it seem to be very pleasant and quite area until I moved in. About 3 months after I moved in I regret it everyday of my life. The mice is terrible, mold in bathroom , any time you need maintenance work they take forever to do it. I needed my bathroom tub to be redone and they never did it now mind you it was that way when I moved in and they put it on the list as a promise that they would fix it but it was never done and I had to write a letter to the Mayor of Washington DC about the mice problem. I came home from work one day to fix a sandwich and the mice had ate throught my bread and they say pets are not allowed. I called the rental office and told them if pets are not allowed then come and get your pets out of my apt. Washington Vies seems like a nice place with the basketball court and swimming pool but it is not all cracked up to what it seems to be so if you like mice and dont mind waiting to have things fixed then this is the place for you
