You get what you expect. The maintenance people were great and prompt in most instances. I expected good service and got it when I asked for service. The grounds are kept well and when I saw a roach or a rodent I called and exterminators were there in less than a week. Some residents are teaching their kids bad habits i.e. throw trash out of their cars on the streets and sidewalks, throw mail and trash on the floor but for the most part that is all taken care of quickly. A great price for a fairly quiet and well kept place.
