Washington View Apartments

Good place for Kids, and a Family experience at times. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006   Lived at The View from 2001-2006. Great place for kids and teens with basketball court, teen center, after school center, and playgrounds. The problem came with rodents due to the construction from Washington Overlook. But the maintenence of the building while kids were in school was great. At night at times the kids would destroy the property, but it was quickly cleaned. There was an issue with thefts, my car was stolen 3 times while there. But an overall it was a great place to stay if you lived on the east side (or rental office side). There was drug traffic on the west side of the complex and nearby townhouses.
