pros: NO pests, great friendly on-site maintenance staff, utilities incl., roomy apts., lots of light and balconies, pretty good value, great mix of tenants, great location. they always warn you before building repairs are done. staff throws a couple of parties a year for tenants. walls are thick enough... only minimal, occasional noise. clean laundry rooms on every floor and never had problems getting machines. you get some basic tv channels by plugging your tv in.



cons: office staff are often rude, a little disorganized, and run the place like fascists. that being said, as long as you don?t deal with them too much or question their policies, you?ll be fine. ;) their moving policy is tight (no wknds, restricted hours, must try to reserve elevator). they charge a lot to use their fitness facilities and garage and you?re not allowed on the grass. sometimes we?ve have phone and tv cable problems... we think from poor wire maintenance. we never complained, so maybe they?d have a fix for it. they place rat poison in places of your apt without notice. i just found out they take mandatory "redecorating fees" out of your security deposit for unless you stay for 3 years.



advice: don?t pick streetside or 1st floor... big windows = big noise. the bedrooms with doors to the balconies have poor insulation so it?s really drafty in the winter. insulation tape and helps. but in my 2BD, bedroom temperature control is in the other bedroom for both rooms, so it?s a pain b/c i didn?t have control over my room, and the rooms were always different climates (from different window sizes).



overall, i recommend it, and will miss it when i move.

just stop bt the rental office and speak to teri she's a nice as they come.go to water side towers you'll love it
