The office staff is terrible. Make sure you get any agreements in writing. Them seem to have selective amnesia and are very difficult to deal with. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone it is no worth the head ache of dealing with the staff. Every time I tried to have a lease issue resolved it always took multiple trips which just seem like a waste of time. In fact it took them three months to return a copy of the lease to me.
