Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2005
Management does not care about the property. The people hire to take care of the grounds have planted a few cheap flowers and left other areas (ie the front of 905) bare. The grass has turned to STRAW and ALL the trees in the Courtyard are dying. The sprinkler system does not work. There has been Yellow Police Barricade Tape in the Courtyard since the winter. The property looks run down and unkept and I have lived here EIGHT years. Garage has no ventilation system because they refuse to turn on the fans. Garage leaks lime on cars and ruins finish One must harrass mgt to repair lightening for security
