Several of the postings are simply unrealistic. I have lived here 4 years and yes the previous manager could be a little rough around the edges but I found often if you spoke to her nicely she responded in kind. I cannot tell you how many times I walked in the lobby only to find other people engaging in loud an unproductive banter with her, that I am sure lead to nowhere when they tried to file a complaint.

Now she is gone and it may be for the better and I must say the new manager speaks far nicer and with much calmness in answering questions.

The Community is nice - It is located in the Metro Area and has its issues but also has its perks.

Be careful around the metro late at night but that is any where and there are clubs all around within a few blocks. But some may view that as a perk.

The units are spacious and well priced for the area. Trust me I have looked. You do have to pay to use the gym (this might be seen as an issue) I hear the townhomes are huge but are hard to comeby.

The views from the towers are great, I feel the staff is great and if you want service from maintenance then put a request in and don't expect them to come in after hours as the previous two reviews seem to want done. I have never had to wait more than 2 days to get something fixed except once I had to have new dishwasher installed and they had to order it.

Basically... to my neighbors get off you High horses and no I don't want to be apart of the assocation so stop asking me!!
