Well she??s back.

I have lived in this complex for 9 years and it continues to go down-hill. The Townhouses look like a cemetery crossed with the projects. The repairs which began in April were to be completed by June. It is mid-July and the property is still in shambles.

Anyone who lives on the ninth floor or in a Townhouse can tell you that the roofs are leaks and stains on all the ceilings. Management refuses to repair these. We have asked NICELY, we have sent letters, we have begged. The ceilings continue to leak (over a year now).

Many of the doors have no locks. This goes for the doors to the balconies and the entrance doors to the units. There are cracks in the doors and can easily be opened. Managements answer is to get apartment insurance and the paint over the cracks. THAT IS NOT A REPAIR.

Management will put a band-aid repairs rather than fix them. They spent the LEAST amount of money when they do come.

48 HOURS. Ha! I have waited months to get repairs.

The pool opened weeks late. The grounds look pitiful and the property is no longer green like their website falsely represents. Parking leaks lime. There is no ventilation from the sliding door, always a draft.

I love my neighbors and that is why we stay. We also do our own repairs because we put in quality materials. This is our home, but NOT because management keeps it safe or maintained. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I believe it -- this is the worst community EVER! I just stay cause I'm close to the Hill and can walk to work
