Overall, I Couldn't Be Happier

I have lived at Waterside Towers for over a year and a half and have been very satisfied with my experience and love my apartment. Beyond the fact that I have more square footage and pay less then any of my friends in the city, I also have a deck that overlooks the courtyard. I agree that moving in from the street is annoying, but when our apartment was ready a few hours later in the day then they had anticipated, the management waived our move in fee and apologized. I have never had a direct issue with the staff. The few times I have needed something repaired in my apartment, it was always done in a timely manner, including one instance with the kitchen sink when the repair man came to our apartment at 9:00 pm and after and hour, when I told him he should go home, he said he would come back the next day and fix it himself, which he did before I even got home from work. The other building tenants have always been respectful and kind. My only complaint is that one of the two washers on my floor hasn't worked in a few months and some of the front desk staff could use some lessons in customer service with a smile, but I feel those are minor issues in comparison to the entire package. Also, I have to mention the close proximity to two metro stops, a park across the street, the waterfront and a Circulator bus stop right ourside my door.
