It's a nice view, but not perfect

The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. We have an amazing view of the harbor and are above the trees that block the view of most of the apartments below us. The rent is a little steep, but really probably a good deal considering. However, my problems began when I attempted to move in. I had a job and could not move in on the weekdays, only weekends. Apparently, this is not allowed. No one informed me and I was yelled at when I pulled my UHaul into the Courtyard. The building manager is somewhat manic, as at a latter time she was very pleasant toward me. The rest of the building staff has been friendly, if the front lady seemed a bit cold at first. We had an a/c fan konk out and it took three to four days to fix and since then we haven't complained, but we have noticed a few other things wrong. On our floor, only one of the dryers works, I have no idea how long it has been out. Overall, the complex is not bad, but it doesn't knock my socks off. I click recommend, but it's not that I wouldn't tell people to live here, but I wouldn't say make it a top priority either.
