We lived in the Commons property across the street from the main towers. When they say "Garden Style", this is what they are referring to, as is our review below.

We read these bad reviews before we had moved into our apartment and thought "Oh, the staff was so kind and friendly, things will be different for us". But we were so, so, so wrong!


1- Someone shot a pellet gun through our bedroom window one night, 1 month after we had moved in. We had to file w/ the police, who did nothing. The management office also did nothing, nor did they replace the window the entire year we lived in the apt, despite several calls.

2- We had a gaping hole in our shower which gushed dirty water from other apartments into our shower. Several times "maintenance" men came to "fix" it, but each time they looked at the ceiling and said they would come back to fix it-- only nothing was ever done, the entire 12 months. This hole grew black mold and continued to drip paint chips and dirty water into our shower.

3- ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES, bi-annual visits from the exterminator did nothing.

4- MOST IMPORTANTLY-- We could have survived this short 1-yr at WST without having to warn others on the internet if WST had an even close to competent staff. They are all pleasant and nice for sure, but they can't do anything without the permission of the incredibly rude office manager, who is rarely accessible. It was easier for us to just suck it up for the rest of our lease term than to try and deal with these people with any expectations.


Oh, lets not forget despite paying our rent on time every month, without fail we recieved a bill taped on our front door for all neighbors to see, announcing we had an imaginary outstanding bill and would be brought to court if it was not paid.

typical.. once she "LOST" money order and didnt tell me untill six months later when I was transferring to another apartment- said I owed mony 6 MONTHS after the fact! crazy!
