Nice place to live..beware of when you move out.

I can truly say I loved this place for the two years that I was here. The mgmt. and front desk people were always nice and quick to fix problems. The apartments are huge and a good deal for your money. The interior was really nice as well as the laundry rooms. Parking was no problem on the street or in their garage (had to pay for that, but well worth it.
That being said..I must make future tenets beware of their policy for giving out rental references to your new place of residence. The mgmt. charges you 10 dollars and makes you fill out a form just to tell your future landlords your length of stay and how much your rent was. My new landlord tells me that this is a useless policy due to the Freedom of Information Act and borders on being illegal. This information is not in the lease and should be told to you up front when you move in.
