If you deal with the management, you'll swear this place is run by gold-digging, sorority girls. There is an $800 amenity fee (reduced to $400 per year after the first year of residence) for a gym, a heated pool that is cold most of the time, and granted they have a continental breakfast - still I'm sure I don't eat $800 worth of breakfast every year!! To top it off, the management is worthless in letting you know things ahead of time. They did not notify my husband and I of the amenity fee during our initial meeting, stating that they would send paperwork in the mail. Never happened. We called three or four times and no-one returned a single call. Upon arrival, they gave us the paperwork they were supposed to send three weeks prior in an addressed envelope that they never mailed! The management, both the manager and the leasing agent, were incredibly unhelpful and rude about the situation. We love the location and the apartment building is beautiful, but under its gilded glory is a management team ready to munch a whole through your wallet.

let's all live in the nicest place in complain about the amenities, like the 24-hour security/front desk staff, or the FREE Coffee that uses huge amounts of money, or the cleaning staff that keeps our building beautiful, the new furniture upstairs, the gas grill, the community socials. Instead of being GREEDY yourself, why don't you let the head management know of the poor property manager. SHE NEEDS TO GO!!!!

the place is in a great location. the building is wll kept. the management staff is POORLY TRAINED, ARROGANT AND NOT HONEST. fortunately, i don't have to deal with the leasing office often.
