Don't know where to even begin to explain how horrible the management is here. In fact I can't get out of here fast enough. I notice that people actually say this place is great. Must say I think those are plants on this site because I have yet to meet a resident who says anything positive. In fact, on my floor only 3 apartments are occupied and my neighboring apartment has been vacant for 5 months now. While the rental agents put on a nice smile when you look at the place, don't let it fool you. They are smiling because they are thinking "Sucker, I'm going to get you for every dime possible." If you think you will get your deposit back from Westbrooke you are wrong. Of the four residents who moved out recently the manager has kept every deposit. Here's the highlights of what I have had to deal with: water turned off on a regular basis, security breaches, won't fix my AC when the temp. is over 100 degrees outside, rich college students partying at 3am on a Thursday night, letters from management that say one thing but if you look at the actual lease it says another, dog poop in the stairway that sat for three weeks before it was cleaned up, jacked up rents, and this is just the start. I think the Management Strategy is to get businesses to rent corporate aparments because businesses don't pay close attention to the details. But if you aren't in a corporate apartment you will be screwed here. Of all the places I've ever rented this is hands down the worst and the most incompenent manager of all.
