Continued Unauthorized Entry into My Apartment

Twice in 5 months, the building has let a cleaning crew into my apartment without my authorization (I do my own cleaning!)The first time they admitted to the error and basically told me that if I didn't like it, I could move. Second time, total negligence! In addition, they let pest control into my apartment whenever they feel like it without any warning or authorization. Management incredibley inept! For a building with such high rent, the management is incredibly low rent!
