When things break, management is unresponsive. The door to get in the building from the parking garage was broken for months and management was aware. The elevators have broken with people stuck in them. The parking garage door breaks frequently so you have to park your car on the street and go inside to have the door opened. The parking spaces are incredibly small, even for a city parking space.

The front desk people that had been working here for years were all fired one month and now the front desk people who work here will let anyone in the door, and they don't care if you live here or not. It seems like there is a new front desk person daily.

Every year my lease is renewed they offer me a shorter and shorter lease with a 15% rent increase. I asked last year why I couldn't get a 12 month lease (only a 7 month lease)and they said it was a one time thing. I just got my lease renewal and they are only offering a 10 month lease. I am finally going to move, I was just too lazy to move before. Also, rent doesn't inlcude utilities and they charge for trash removal.
