I had to pay $2300 a month and $350 for parking for a mice infested apt. It was unbearable. They put sticky paper down, but when that didnt work, they said there was nothing else they could do. I basically had to move-out of my apartment and in w my boyfriend bc I COULD NOT sleep there without being woken up by a mouse squeeking. My dog got worms because there were so many of them. They offered me to move to a diff apartment, without paying my moving costs, and having a higher rent as they only solution, but they said that they wouldnt guarantee no mice. This place looks beautiful in the lobby, but it is terrible. PLEASE PLEASE do not rent from this building. It was unbearable.
