This place is awful unless you have endless pits of money and don't mind being a sucker. They are nice when you look at apartments and up until you sign lease. Then all they care about is getting more money out of you. They don't do what they promise, the only good thing about this place is the location. I had dead mice in bathroom and bedroom. There is constant staff turnover and they finally got a good manager in, but no surprise she left! Renting this place was the worst mistake I ever made, it's a money pit. They find countless ways to gouge more money out of you and when you leave they keep most of the security depost w/o explaining why. The place puts on a luxary veneer, but it's pretty cheaply done. The wash/dryer sucked, it ripped up clothes and broke repeatedly. It was time to replace that dinosaur, but no they didn't believe there was any problem. Cheap carpets, cheap closet systems, cheap tiles, cheap fitness room, and if you have a car your insurance will go up b/c of the zip code and you have to pay several hundred each month for parking. The parking cost $200/mth when I was there. Not worth all the headaches you will experience, this is not the convenient, stress free living you would expect considering the price tag! Don't make the same mistakes I did, they convinced me the bad reviews here were just a few disgruntled people, but if you get to talking to people that live here, many are not happy with the place.
