I relocated from san francisco with very little time to find a place. After looking in the 2k per month price range, and feeling discouraged, I found westbrooke place, and it worked out very well for me. I was surprised to see the bad reviews. The amenities are nice,-the pool and fitness room, coffee and breakfast m-f, daily paper, friendly 24 hour concierge, signing for packages, valet cart, large area for waste (helpful for move in and move out time)... I found the staff to be extremely responsive and helpful. The maintenance staff were especially nice...even helping me with hanging a chandelieur and touching-up my wall went I misplaced anchors to hang a mirror. The common areas were always very clean. I really don't have a bad thing to say. I was on the terrace level and never saw a bug. It's a little pricey, but I think the niceties add up to convenience if that's what you want. I recently found a condo and being a good time to buy, am leaving. But, I enjoyed my time at westbrooke.
