I've been living at Westbrooke Place for close to 3 months, having relocated from another state to DC. And feel I made an excellent choice. Management is very responsive and does an excellent job; building is safe, well run. Concierge is friendly and always very helpful. Maintainence is excellent; the guys are nice and do a good job. Yes, there was a bit of sticker shock at DC prices and the building is pricey, however, you're also paying for location -- which is great. It's a 'walking neighborhood' close to Georgetown; Dupont Circle; nightlife, nice restaurants and shops. And is quite safe. Parking under the building is convenient. Overall, good choice and I'm happy with it. Would definitely recommend. Amenities include a nice rooftop deck and grill which I made a lot of use of, over the summer months ( and still do).
