A Big NO!

I lived at the Westpark twice -- each time on a separate side of the building. The side facing the street is directly across from two bars, which are open until 2:00am or so and the noise is horrendous. The other side of the building, which I thought would be quieter because of the parking lot, has two additional bars, plus the noise from the garbage trucks. The parking lot is not secure.
The walls in the Westpark are quite thin and every sound can be heard. Flyers are forbidden under doors (especially from the Tenant's Association). I would not recommend staying here.
