I read the other reviews and I cannot believe that we are talking about the same building. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I suppose anyone can get on this site and make any statements but this is certainly not my experience! As far as the noise complaints...this is a big city after all! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
