There isn't enough room to talk about how horrible this place is.

Smelly halls, dark and dank apartments, bugs, thin walls, hookers and drug dealers, drunks, old appliances and horrible management.

Only redeeming factor is the location.

The outside of the building isn't bad...and the lobby is nice...but once you get into the
