looked at several apts [1Br] in the same area and price range and the westpark was too high for the mediocre quality of the units.

pluses include the hardwood floors, balconies, and pool.

weak points include the small square footage of the units, out of date kitchen cupboards and appliances.

in my opinion, you're better off looking elsewhere for better quality and value.
