How damned obvious can you be' Let's try the TRUTH from the TENANTS: Your workers are thieves, the apartments are terrible (gross, bug-infested, ghetto decor and appliances, dark, and depressing), many in your tenant base look like mental ward escapees, and mgt is the worst ever. Add to that constantly loud street noise and you have a piece of ---- building. Yes it is one of the, if not THE, worst building in DC. Deal with it.
