This building is the only one that has decent floor plans in the Dupont circle area. Other older buildings have a lot of tiny unusable spaces. Don't let the square footage fool you! It feels much bigger than it sounds. yeas it's noisy, but it's the city... If you want it quiet move to the burbs. Overall a great place to live in. Close to everything, walking distance from downtown, Georgetown, GWU, Adams Morgan, etc.... Great for young people, med/law/etc students...
