LOL! Love it that Westpark Management Just Wrote The Positive Review Below...

Everything you read in that review is a lie.

Here's the absolute, 100% truth: there have been MANY in-apartment robberies at Westpark.

Many female tenants have had jewelry stolen.

One can only conclude it's an inside job -- several of these same tenants have had the jewelry stolen on the SAME DAY maintenance is in their apartments.

Now, what are the odds'

Also, beyond the lobby, this is the DIRTIEST building in which you will ever live if you make the mistake of renting here.

Halls and common areas are not regularly maintained and garbage overflows in the trash rooms.

And "buy a fan"' LOL! How about you insulate and soundproof the building, management' Because if you rent here, you will hear your neighbors sneeze (the walls are JUST THAT THIN) and you will hear every noise from outside.

The windows are NOT double-paned, they are loose and wobbly and you can hear a pin drop from the outside.

Oh, and management' The WORST IN THE CITY.

Good luck trying to find one who can speak English with any fluency.

They are completely deaf to tenant needs, too.

And yes, I for one have seen a homeless person wandering the halls.

Sorry, it's true.

I'm out in a month.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you have any modicum of decency and taste.
