I am being harassed by my downstairs neighbor and the management is complicit. He hears a noise, any noise, and the front desk will phone me at all hours (2 am to 4:30 am) waking me up. Despite my attempts to prove to them that it is not me, they do not seem to believe me. Only recently when armed with a flight itinerary that put me in Fla. at the time of one of his weekly harassment calls, have they conceded that it might not be me, though they say they will still continue to follow up on his complaints. I am on the verge of getting a restraining order, though I am not sure how that would work exactly.

Also, there are people in my apartment too frequently for no reason. When I came home from a run and found that someone had been in my apt last week, management said that the maintanence man had made a mistake and entered the wrong apartment. I have hidden everything of value because he seems to be making mistakes like this more times than is acceptable.
