because they ARE WRITTEN BY MANAGEMENT. Who are you trying to kid'!''! LOL! This is a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE building! Maintenance workers will rob you blind. There have been numerous instances of inside robberies...check the local police records. Oh, and wanna talk about the ventilation' THERE IS NONE. If you're a nonsmoker you'd better love cigarette smoke, because it WILL get into your apartment. And the noise...good GOD it's horrendous!! You'll never get a night's sleep, I swear to you.
Save your money and your sanity and look elsewhere.
