I lived at the Westpark for four years and really liked it. The apartment (one-bedroom) was quite large, as city apartments go, and had a great view over Georgetown, up to the National Cathedral and down toward the Kennedy Center. I never had any problems with security in the apartment or in the garage. The rooftop pool was great escape in the summer (especially during the week when there are only a few people there). The only bad thing was the noise(primaily on the weekend)from the bar crowd and the occational police or fire truck.
Overall it was a great place to live and I would have stayed had I not taken a job ont of state. If I ever move back to DC, the Westpart will be one of the first places I will check for availability.
