A roomate and I moved into the William Penn Apartments in a 2 bedroom..
So far so good. For the area, the price is wonderful, nice amount of space for two professionals, no maintenance problems, no noise problems, and very safe.
One good thing that we like, is the bike room. Its a very safe way to store your bike.
Overall I am extremely happy with the William Penn so far!
