Having heard all the good input about how awful this place sounds, believe it or not I still called to set up a viewing time because friends kept saying "new management!".

A guy named Canard identified as the manager and when I asked the price range for studios WOULD NOT TELL ME!! Kept saying "We work within your budget." I said "You are seriously not going to tell me the range of price on your studios'" He wouldn't - kept reciting the "work within your budget" line!

Needless to say, that was the end of the conversation! Adios, Windsor House.
