I repeat, do not live here! The Windsor House would not be a bad place to live if the management wasn't TERRIBLE. I moved in about 9 months ago and I thought it was a little odd that the building was only at about 50% capacity, but they gave me a deal and it is the ideal location so I figured I'd go for it. I made a huge mistake! I am counting the days until my lease is over. The office management is terrible. The Manager is this guy Kennard who is not only completely condescending, he's incompetent! I think he has probably been fired from many a job but of course Borger Management will hire him because they are just as bad. There is this guy Jack who is really nice and Blanca is ok, but I get the feeling she is lazy and doesn't give a da**. If you chose to live in the Windsor house don't expect things to be fixed in your apartment and don't expect the management to be Curtis and professional. Check out the Washington Post article that was written up about them. THINGS HAVE NOT CHANGED.
