I've lived at the Windsor House for the last four years. The studio apartment is huge and a great value for the money. The building has come a long way in four years. The current manager is very professional yet personable. Despite all the slanderous posting about this building, its a great place to live. I highly recommend the Windsor House because of the location, price, amenities, and professional staff. Cheers!

p.s. to all the schmucks who have posted negative remarks about this building or the staff at this building; "get a life".

P.S.S: This message goes out to the duech bag in apartment 718 who started a tenant association. "quit putting your stupid notes under my door to join your hate group and get a life! If you don't like it here GET OUT. Also there are more constructive ways to make friends than trying to start a tenant association in a rental building".

It's "deutsche" you retard. Complaining about roaches, bed bugs and unacceptable management incompetency is still easier than moving. Give the guy/gal some credit for trying to make a positive change. If you were smart enough to know when something is bad (which means not good), you wouldn't want to spend a year in this ---- pit.
