Great building

The apartments are cute - the building is super quiet - almost NO bugs (if you spot one you can have your apartment sprayed on a monthly basis)... The management company is pretty good... The condo board is really responsive. Great location! The building is well maintained b/c a lot of people own their places - so they take care of the building....
