It's okay - just don't have more than one guest!

When I first got here it was great!! I was excited about my new home and couldn't wait until I got off of work.

I live on the top floor and I was having a roof leak I called maintenance and he was there patched it up and when I went to work the next day came in and fixed it completely.

NOW parking on the other hand was absolutely AWFUL in February! I called the office and was told that the new parking stickers wouldn't go into effect until Monday and my boyfriend had an old guest pass in his window and received a ticket @ 12 midnight Sunday. And if you have more than one guest you might was well hang it up because parking on Good Hope Road isn't the best idea. My cousin parked on the road and someone broke his car window and stole cd's and his bowling ball out of his car! There have been other break-ins too which is kind of odd considering that police cars ride all through the complex and up and down the street alllllllllllllllllll night!

Now for the kids. There is no place for the kids to play! All the grass and they can't play on it! And the playground is an absolute JOKE! So they're running all up and down the street, because they have no where else to go and run in front of cars.

The neighbors need improving though. Hard working people and section 8 really don't go hand in hand! The neighborhood is loud and noisy from the 1st to the 5th because they spent all of their money and can't do anything else after that for the whole month. I know that sounds mean but it's the truth. And if the comment upset you then maybe you need to check yourself.

As far as the gate goes, is was a joke. They fix it and it'll stay fixed for a week and then as soon as you come home from work once again it s broke! But lately it has been up and working which is great because I feel a lot safer when it's closed.
