Woodmont Crossing

This is what happens when you plan over the budget. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I love everything about Woodmont Crossing apartments interior it's the exterior that kills me. I am not refering to the landscape either. I am speaking of the whole parking scheme situation. Management does seem to be trying to fix the problem but I dont see any way to fix it unless more spaces are made. The fact that there is no designated place for the children to play makes abiding by the rules and regulations for loitering difficult to do also. As far as section-8 is concerned I don't feel they would have had as many residents in that program living here if they had the money to complete the project. They were under budget to complete the developement and who better to get the money from than a Federal program. Unfortuanately it may have done the developers more bad than good. Last but not least I hope they fix the flood/water issues on the property. It can be very nerve-wrecking to come home from work and have to swim thru dirt to get to your apartment or better yet swim while being in your apartment.
