Boy I was fooled since my last entry. I've been burglarized twice in 4 days and they live in my building. I see them every day. If you have any reservations about the criminal element STAY AWAY! This is a SECTION 8 complex with all the amenities that come along with them. You'll get crime, armed robbery, burglaries, loitering, the scent of weed and that o' so comfortable shady guy walking your building. The management has no handle on the property and you are welcoming danger if you come. This place is a recipe for a homicide. Please I beg all of you STAY AWAY. SE isn't getting better it's goin to hell in a hand basket with Woodmont Crossing blazing the way. Good Luck!!!!!

When you mean the ghetto mentality is still present is that the staff or the residents? I am thinking about moving there in the being part of the year but if GHETTO I am concerned on whether its a good place for me to live.
