OK when i first moved in at the end of last year the property was great. I had no real complaints, the property was well kept, regardless of what anyone says management did their job. She kept this place in shape..whenever there was an issue they addressed it. If ever there was something that needed to be done i knew that it would be. Loitering and noise did not exist..if it did it was very shortlived. In my opinion it was almost perfect. As of lately the former property manager is no longer here and this place has gone to hell. The loitering is to the point where you have to damn near climb ur building to get up your stairs. The secuirity that was once here is no longer in place..and everytime it is inquired on someone is told that it will be in place at some point that week. Then weeks will pass and nothing. I called months ago to complain about issues I was having and was told i would receive a call the following day. 3months passed before I heard anything and that was b/c I called back and the office had no clue of what i was referring to..so once I reminded them it still took another week for them to come out and when they finally did the problem was not fixed. I used to love coming home b/c i was sure that the property would be clean, and there would be no loitering..i could walk through my complex and go to my door and not hear a needle drop. Now its like a constant party through the week. It looks like a dman family reunion in front of almost every building..True it is summer and the kids are out and need something to do..but literally from sun up til sun down they are outside in front of the buildings, screaming, throwing footballs, sitting on cars, blasting music, and even late at night it's the same..Im laying there thinking where the hell are the parents of these kids...dont they have to go to work tommorrow..but half the time its adults outside as well..I am so frustrated with this damn place and these triflin people who dont have respect for where they live or their neighbors. If they dont find a property manager who will actually work as hard as the last and isnt afraid to say something to these damn hoodrats, as soon as my lease is up I am out of here!
