Disappointed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   My Neighbors over top of me walk all night and day long when I am off. The grill on their balcony and in the walk way when the office is closed. I was told there are no pets allowed but the tenants have dogs. You can hear the noise of others in apartments like they are in your apartment. I have been complaining and nothing. I have decided the next day I am off to start looking for another complex to live in. The office staff is pretty nice. I only have one complaint about them. They let the late fees go to $100 before contacting you. I have heard of a lot of break ins but thanks be to God. I have not experienced that. The police come around and patrol but soon as they are gone things are back to normal. I suggest that they put cameras in the complex. Also, the gate is not always closed in the middle of the night. I pray constantly for the tenants and the complex. Disappointed but will be out of the area soon.
