the worse... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   I have been living there for 5 years (ashame to say) and it is been the worse experiencing ever. People hang out in front of the complex all the time. We have had people breaking in apartments and also parking is not enforced like it's suppose too. I have no problem with Section 8 until they start tearing up what I pay MARKET rent for.
