Another management company has taken over.
The buildings and atmosphere outside appears to be very nice, the inside apartments are very, very small not worth the money at all. However, 99% of tenants are section 8, that really pisses me off, that they pay $50 month rent to tear stuff up, while you pay over a grand!!! Management staff is ok, but will try to lease you any unit, you have no input on what you want for $1000 a month. Gates are left open, no security really, I see this complex going (excuse my stereotype) ghetto really soon. The surrounding area is very scary, lots of traffic, especially up on Naylor Road and further down Good Hope. I would shop around more, do not let the outside fool you. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are section 8, if you are paying your hard earned cash look elsewhere, please!!!! too small and too ghetto for the cash.

Good Morning anonymous I am a client of the Section 8 program and I just want to clarify a few things first I am a RN (registered nurse) who works two jobs my children attend prestigous private schools and I pay the majority of my rent which is $1800 The program is a subsidy to help people get on their feet in their time need (mine was while I attended school) so don't be so quick to judge or assume that the"ghetto people" are only from Sec 8 or don't have jobs or education
