I am not a tenant however I have a friend who stays there and she and the entire community is living in a constant fear of homes being broken into, rental office management not doing anything to ensure security and even having threat written on the entrance doors to peoples apartments who have been hit by the crooks, who ironically live on the property.
It all starts with the rental office and owners of the property. They know actually what they are doing.Getting top market value and not providing the tenants with same security. With the new stadium coming shortly the demographics are going to change quickly, however without new management this property will continue to be destroyed not by those on section 8, but by the lack of those responsible for ensuring that rules are followed and penalties are quick and effective..
If you're into having your place broken into and then having to wait to get repairs, then this is the place for you.. Don't forget about the frequent crime episodes and loitering from the criminals, drug dealing and other great perks.
SOMEONE SHOULD SUE THE HELL OUT OF THEIR A$$ for negligence with all that's going on.

I visited this complex on Sat. I really liked what I saw. The grounds seemed to be kept up and the appearance of the overall neighborhood was appealing. I saw a model of a three bedroom which was very nice and the rental office team was very nice as well. I hope to be a future resident!
