I think Worthington Woods is a very nice complex to live in. Very convenient in terms of shopping, and commuting. Laundry and parking (if your car is registered in DC with hard tags) are also pretty convenient.
In terms of safety, the court I live in is pretty peaceful. The property is patrolled by Metropolitan PD and response time if you need to place a call is also fairly prompt. My apartment is beautifully remodelled and despite its size could be compared to a condo with the right accents. For a single person, I'd recommend an efficiency or one bdrm. For the two bedroom it would only comfortably accomodate a family of three.
Maintenance is pretty good also, as long as you are responsible enough to follow-up on your requests and be very observant. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
