This isn't a great place to liove. I moved in November of 2004, and after not even being there a month I was sitting on my bed and a mouse came running through my bedroom. Maintenece came and somewhat fixed the problem, now I have a newborn and more mice. This is unsanitary and unsafe for any baby to have to live in. Not to mention the security door is always broken. I live on the 3rd Street side and I constantly hear gunshot echoes. Also the radiators are real shakey, which leaves opportunities for mice to invite themselves in, and the rental office is half ass. I hate all of William C. Smith's properties.

I'm with you 100%, I used to live around their also and the mice are off the chain. Needless to say gunshots ring out 24/7 and you have no where to hide in those small ass apt. Worthington would not be my last result. MOVE IN IF YOU DARE..............

well i just applied for apartment the way why are talking i dont know should i come i think i am going to go where safe and rat free because this is mey first apartment by myself

For smiley_21---If you read the other reviews all you have to do is call maintenance and have them patch all the holes...if u keep a clean place they won't come back..Trust me I been living there for 2 YRS.
